Order Process:

PLACED > PROCESSED > SHIPPED (usually within 2-3 days after processing)

Placed - Intial order is placed by the customer with instant credit card authorization. You are not billed until your order is shipped to you.
Processed - Order is processed on the next business day by customer service representative. Product availability is determined. Any special instructions are implemented then sent to the shipping department for distribution.
Shipping - Product is pulled from inventory and packaged for shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Some brands are shipped directly to you. If there is a backorder or the style is in processing at the manufacturer, we will let you know. We only ship within the United States. However, all APO addresses are accepted.
